How do you clean your machines?
All of our machines are thoroughly cleaned and sanitised before and after every hire. We follow strict cleaning procedures using high-quality products to ensure everything is hygienic and ready to use.
What happens if I am late to receive delivery or setup?
If you are not available at the agreed time, additional charges may apply for waiting time or re-delivery if we need to return later.
Do your machines work outdoors?
Yes, our machines can be used outdoors. However, they must be kept dry and protected from weather conditions such as rain or strong wind. A suitable sheltered area is recommended.
Do you deliver outside of Whangārei?
Due to rising fuel costs, all bookings include a delivery fee. A base delivery fee of $25 applies, plus $1.30 per km from our location.
This ensures we can continue to provide reliable, on-time service.
What are your hire times?
Hire times can be flexible depending on availability. Generally, we deliver in the morning and collect later in the day. Let us know your preferred times, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Do I need to supervise the machines?
Yes. A responsible adult (18+) must supervise the use of all equipment to ensure safe operation at all times.
Do you hire machines for events?
Absolutely! Our machines are perfect for birthdays, school events, corporate functions, and more. Get in touch to discuss your event.
Do you offer weekday hires?
Yes, weekday hires are available. Additional charges may apply depending on timing and demand.
Where can the machines be set up?
Machines should be placed on a stable, flat, and clean surface. Ensure there is enough space and access to power if required. Keep the area clear for safe use.
How long is the hire period?
We offer flexible hire periods to suit your event. Please contact us to discuss your specific needs.
Do you deliver on public holidays?
Yes, subject to availability. A public holiday surcharge may apply.
Do you take last-minute bookings?
We may be able to accommodate last-minute bookings depending on availability. Additional charges may apply.
What happens if a machine stops working during my hire?
First, check the power source and ensure everything is properly connected. If the issue continues, contact us immediately and we’ll assist you. If the issue is not due to misuse, we will work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.
What happens if equipment is damaged?
If equipment is damaged due to misuse or negligence, you may be responsible for repair or replacement costs. Please ensure all equipment is used correctly and responsibly.
Can machines be used indoors?
Yes, most of our machines are suitable for indoor use. Just ensure there is enough space and ventilation where required.
What happens if it rains?
Our machines must not be used in the rain or wet conditions. If poor weather is expected, please contact us to discuss options.
Do you require a bond?
Yes, a bond may be required. This is refundable after the hire period once all equipment has been checked and returned in good condition.
What happens after I book?
Once your booking is confirmed, we’ll be in touch with delivery details. Payment terms and any required bond will be outlined at the time of booking.

Anything else I should know?
To keep our equipment in great condition, please keep food, drinks, and any messy items away from the machines unless they are intended for use with them. Proper care ensures a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone.
